If you believe that you may not have been paid for the hours that you have worked, please complete, and email the below timesheet to your host security company. Your host security company will then contact us to make any necessary adjustments.

Please note that your PAY PERIOD is from Monday to Sunday and therefore, shifts completed after Sunday will be picked up at the next pay cycle.  

TIMESHEET UPDATE REQUEST FORM

Employees of Labourplus Security are covered by the Labourplus Security and United Voice (WA) Labour Hire Agreement 2020 which was negotiated with the United Voice and registered with the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission earlier this year. To confirm your hourly rate, please refer to the enterprise agreement, which can also be sourced via the Commission’s website.

VIEW AGREEMENT 

Please follow up with your host supervisor who the agreement was made and attach a copy of the correspondence that confirms rate. The host security company will then contact Labourplus Security to make any necessary adjustments if appropriate. You will be notified by the Labourplus Security team if an adjustment has been made.    

PAY RATE UPDATE REQUEST FORM

Workers payslips are available on your Employment Hero account, you will need to login to your account and go to the payslip tab to view the document.

Please refer to your tax declaration form via your Employment Hero Account. Please refer to question 9. (screen shot below). By selecting NO, this will incur a higher tax rate. If you have answered this question incorrectly, please update your details on your Employment Hero account.
